Alveopora ocellata

Wells, 1954

Colonies are flat plates. Corallites are circular, with neat well defined walls. Septa are in two unequal cycles.

Colour: Dull brown.

Habitat: Lower reef slopes protected from wave action.

Abundance: Rare.

Similar species: Alveopora viridis
